In this super fun workshop, tweens will be guided through basic improv exercises that teach the importance of agreement, collaboration, resilience, and communication, at one of the world’s most famous training centers — The Second City!
The workshop is designed to help participants let go of self-doubt and become more present while learning to work with and learn from those around them. Through games and exercises, tweens will build key skills like listening, making strong choices, and supporting their teammates. While there will be some aspects of performance, no one will be asked to perform on stage. This low-pressure, supportive environment encourages participants to have fun while developing confidence and teamwork skills. Laughter is guaranteed, as your tween will grow both individually and as part of a team, all while trying something new and exciting!
